Business Office Manager
Martha has been with Monte Financial Group, LLC since our inception in June 2009. Martha is our Business Office Manager, who oversees and navigates the many different daily operations of our firm. Martha’s responsibilities include assisting with compliance procedures, employee training and in all aspects of human resources to ensure that our business environment runs smoothly.
Martha earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Quinnipiac University. She began her professional career in the financial sector as a Telemarketing Supervisor at Connecticut Savings Bank. Later, as an Implementation Specialist for Constitution State Corporate Credit Union, Martha coordinated the process for converting new credit union members onto the company’s financial services platform.
In the early 1990s, Martha decided to dedicate her time to her growing family. Today, Martha is a devoted mother of four children and wife of Robert Monte. Martha’s dedication to her family has not prevented her from using her professional and personal skills to help in the local community. Through the years, Martha has served as a dedicated volunteer on various boards, committees and community projects throughout the Town of Guilford.
